Why can't I order an inflatable for delivery online?

My party is only a few hours long...why does it charge me for the full day?
Customer pick-ups must be picked up at our warehouse between 7:00-8:30am and returned by 11pm. If you need the inflatable later than 11pm, you can select 7:00am the next day as your 'Return Date' for the fee listed with the item. Anything returned after 8:00am will be charged for a full 2nd day.
How hard is it to set up, and what kind of vehicle do I need?
It's a pretty simple process once you get the inflatable where you need it. We recommend two adults for any inflatable set-up ... it should take about 10 minutes. You will need something OTHER THAN A CAR to pick up any inflatable. The larger items like combo units, slides, and obstacles require a pick-up truck, trailer, or van with rear seats removed. No exceptions.
How are payments handled and what method of payment do you accept?
Upon reserving your bounce house online, we require a 25% deposit. The remainder is due upon pick-up. We currently accept credit, cash, money orders, and personal checks.
What if it rains or I need to cancel?
In the event that you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel by 9pm the night before the rental your deposit will remain on file for future use. If you don't show up by 8:30am on the date of your rental, you will be charged the full rental amount.
What happens if I I do not show up by 7:30 to pick it up at your location?
If you do not show up for your inflatable by 8:30 am, you will be charged the full rental amount. We understand that some circumstances are beyod your control - so feel free to call our office to see if alternative arrangements can be made.
